Identity Theft Forum
When it comes to identity theft, no one is safe – not even children.
Most adults are becoming more wary of identity theft: they check their credit rating every few months, scan their credit card activity on line, and shred their financial papers, but it rarely occurs to parents that their minor children’s identity must be protected as well.
The School District of Collier County and the City of Naples ID Theft Prevention Group, in association will the Collier County Identity Theft Task Force, will present a forum to educate parents, teachers and guardians on how to protect a child’s identity as well as their own. The Forum will be presented at MARTIN LUTHER KING JUNIOR
ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER, 5775 Osceola Trail, Naples at
4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12th.
Jeff Lytle, recently retired Editorial Page Editor of Naples Daily News
and host of Naples Daily Newsmakers, will moderate. Admission is without
charge or reservation.
