Phase II residents expected to move in this month at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks

With the completion of the Phase II residential buildings and Jasmine Gardens progressing as planned, Phase II residents at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks are expected to begin moving into their new homes in mid-February. They will join the Phase I residents who enjoyed the holiday season at Moorings Park at Grey Oaks after completion of the community’s first four buildings and Aqua Gardens in November.

The community is being built in four phases. The first three phases include 96 residences in 12 buildings. Construction of Phase III remains on schedule for completion in second quarter, 2016. Thirteen Phase IV penthouse-style Residences at Grand Place are scheduled for completion first quarter, 2017. Select Phase IV residences remain available.

The Residences at Grand Place’s two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath, penthouse-style residences are expected to range from 1,858 to 2,696 square feet and are priced from $1.1 million.

The residences will be situated on the top floors of the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks clubhouse and will provide both elegance and convenience.
