Naples Children & Education Foundation Welcomes Additional Business and Community Leaders to its Board of Trustees
The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), the founding organization of the Naples Winter Wine Festival, has named Kimberly Moss and Robert Fisher, Tammy Coselli Kutsch and Michael Kutsch, Allison and Johnathan Lubert, Marlissa and Neil Pennington, and Amy Morrissey and Mark Wingertzahn as Trustees. In this role, each of these business and community leaders will help support NCEF’s vision of making a profound and sustaining difference in improving the lives of the most vulnerable children in Collier County.
“These leaders bring a perfect blend of business, social and civic experience with new and fresh ideas and will be a tremendous asset to our organization moving forward,” said Robert Heidt, Jr., NCEF Chairman of the Board. “And, as past patrons of the Festival, each of them demonstrates a deep, heartfelt commitment to investing in a broad range of charitable causes in the community.”
Part-time residents of Paris, Kimberly Moss and Robert Fisher are members of the Naples Chapter of the Commanderie de Bordeaux as well as the Naples Yacht Club, Golf de Saint-Germain and Club de Travellers, and the Yacht Club de Monaco. Kimberly attended the London School of Economics and La Sorbonne in Paris and began her professional career in banking in Washington, D.C. Later, she cofounded and was president of a holding company engaging in various ventures within the fitness industry. More recently, Kimberly established a real estate company as founder and broker in charge and cofounded a tech startup in Washington, D.C.
Robert is a graduate of Indiana University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees. After serving as an officer in the U.S. Army, he worked in sales and marketing and as corporate director of planning for Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp. and then as a partner in the international management consulting firm of Booz, Allen and Hamilton, focusing on corporate strategy for Fortune 500 clients. After consulting, Robert acquired a number of operating companies, including auto parts and disposable medical products, and was a founder of two businesses providing robotic packaging systems and automation products to pharmacies.
Tammy Coselli Kutsch and Michael Kutsch relocated to Naples from Miami Beach in 2020 and have been involved philanthropically with organizations here and in Martha’s Vineyard. Tammy has a background in asset management, private merchant banking, clinical nutrition, medical practice management and forensic accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with Finance Applications Specialization from Southern Methodist University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
Michael currently is managing partner of Kutsch Holdings LP, a family office founded to provide capital support in the form of equity, mezzanine debt, financial guarantees and business expertise to emerging entrepreneurs. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Mount St. Mary’s University and his Master of Business Administration from George Mason University. His early career included government service at the Federal Energy Administration (now U.S. Department of Energy), consulting and serving as Chief Financial Officer of a public company.
Allison and Johnathan Lubert have been full-time residents of Naples since 2022. The couple is active in managing and distributing The Lubert Family Foundation supporting children, veterans, education and alternative healthcare. Allison is a homemaker with a focus on family, health and philanthropy. She is a certified nutritional counselor who built her own successful chain of allergen-free bakeries called Sweet Freedom Bakery. Allison earned her undergraduate degree from Tufts University and her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania.
Johnathan is the founder and managing member of JL Squared Group, LLC, where he manages a diverse group of assets in hedge funds, private equity, equities, private companies and real estate. He also was an owner and managing director of the Valley Forge Casino Resort prior to its successful sale in 2019. Johnathan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Marlissa and Neil Pennington are innovative entrepreneurs with a long history of philanthropy. A global fine art consultant specializing in Old and Modern Masters, Marlissa founded Emillions Art in 2014. Marlissa gives back to the community, primarily supporting children’s causes and the arts. Her generous participation in the Naples Winter Wine Festival has been recognized with inclusion in the Tastevin Society, comprised of the celebration’s most prolific donors. A graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree in Broadcasting & Film, Marlissa has earned numerous accolades, including Haute Living’s “Top 100 Most Influential People.”
Neil is a value-driven entrepreneur, technologist and innovator with more than 25 years of senior corporate leadership and eight years of start-up experience across fintech, clean energy, luxury asset trading and art. He serves as a consultant business partner for Emillions Art. Neil received a Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Physics and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School in England. A frequent speaker and writer on innovation and blockchain, Neil has been featured in Forbes, World Economic Forum, S&P Global Platts, CogX, TechX and more.
Amy Morrissey and Mark Wingertzahn have resided full-time in Naples since 2021 with a weekend home in the Seaport District of Boston. Amy is an accomplished corporate attorney focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general counsel advice. After 25 years in-house, she branched out on her own to become a solo practitioner in 2020 with a wide range of clients. She also gives back by dedicating pro bono work. Amy earned her Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law and received an honorary Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
Mark is a seasoned pharmaceutical and biotechnology executive with a considerable track record of advancing research and development pipelines across multiple therapeutic areas in both growth-stage and scale-up companies. Over his 30-year career, he has brought multiple novel medications to the market for underserved patients. He also has considerable experience in CEO and company founder roles, raising capital and devising and executing strategic plans to drive investor value. Mark completed his undergraduate training at The Pennsylvania State University and his post-graduate training at St. John’s University and at North Shore University – NYU School of Medicine. He gives his time to nonprofits as well as university boards on which he sits.
