Moorings Park Grande Lake Offers Large, Livable Floor Plans

Sales of the 23 residences in Phase 2 of Moorings Park Grande Lake remain strong, driven in part by the large livable floor plans.

As Director of Sales, Gina Paris talks with potential new residents on a daily basis, she’s quick to point out Moorings Park Grande Lake is not your typical Life Plan community nor are the floor plans offered.

“Our residents are not giving up comfort or their lifestyle when they move into Moorings Park Grande Lake due to the size and design of our residences,” stated Paris. “That’s because each floorplan enhances the vibrant, day-to-day living experience.”
