Julie Marvel is the founder and CEO of The Fabulous Ladies of Naples, a thriving social movement dedicated to building meaningful connections among women. With a master’s degree in education and an undergrad in resort tourism, she creates memorable experiences that foster friendships in Naples’ most impactful women’s organization.

The Fabulous Ladies is a movement to connect women who seek and value friendships. We encourage each other to experience a personal transformation in an environment of trust and acceptance. We will love, inspire, and empower each other to find purpose and have a positive impact on our communities and the world.

Julie’s journey began in 2018, following her divorce, when she longed for friendship and started a simple lunch group. What began as a small meetup group has turned into a vision, a Limited Liability Company with a board, and now evolved into a movement. www.FabulousLadies.vip

The movement has begun to open chapters across the United States for ladies between the ages of 45-70. The movement’s intent is to uplift and empower other ladies and help them find meaning and purpose through the power of friendship.

Under Julie’s leadership, and the assistance of our Co-Leaders, The Fabulous Ladies now hosts 5–7 carefully curated in-person events each week, ranging from lunches and happy hours to larger formal events ranging from cruises to holiday parties and regional retreats. These events foster friendships, connection, and a positive sense of community. Julie has also co-created a mobile app for the VIP Members that gives them instant access to event information, VIP messaging to new friends, local community discounts and telehealth.

Julie’s passion creates opportunities for women to connect, support one another, and thrive. Her dedication has turned The Fabulous Ladies into a movement of empowerment and togetherness.

The Fabulous Ladies opened its second chapter in October 2024 in Carmel, IN with the chapter leadership of Holly Kirsh.
