Day Adjusting and Consulting helps bring the Christmas spirit to Children and Veterans
Blake Day, owner and president of Day Adjusting and Consulting, along with his team, presented a $1,000 check to the VFW Auxiliary Post 7721 in support of their holiday project Mission: Operation Christmas Cards for Veterans. The funds helped underwrite the postage for this project which mailed 16,000 cards to Veterans in nursing homes and hospitals across the country.
Day and his team also spread Christmas cheer again this year at Reach Assembly in Immokalee with their annual pizza party and presentation of gifts to children and their families. Pastor Arnie Coones of Reach Assembly Church has been organizing toy drives and other holiday drives at his church for over 15 years and relies on the help of business and other organizations to bless the Immokalee community. “We love helping our community in any way we can,” said Day. “Our team looks forward to these two annual projects: they both remind us of the meaning of Christmas.”
