The 950 ladies and gentleman of The Ritz family were welcomed back to work in September with all of the pomp and circumstance worthy of the king’s court.

It appeared as though there were several hundred community members watching the festivities and sharing the excitement. Officially opened to the public on October 1, the hotel has been bustling with guests and events. The reallocation of space and exquisite design provide enhanced options for the dining experience. An overview of those choices include:

DUSK which is located on the lobby level of the resort brings the atmosphere of the beach indoors and is the perfect place for watching sunsets. The sophisticated design features soft colors, oversized lanterns with flexible seating making it a perfect spot to gather with friends. Nightly music and creative cocktails, exclusively designed for DUSK is the ideal complement to this stylish adults only setting.

THE GRILL exudes sophistication with its contemporary update continuing to be a classic masterpiece. The beautiful washed wood walls, crystal chandeliers and impeccable service will allow the discerning patron to immediately feel at home. The design features a soothing soft gray palette, inspired by the Gulf of Mexico after a summer rain. Updates include a glass temperaturecontrolled wine room that holds 300 bottles of the world’s finest wines.

TERRAZZA is a family friendly dining experience providing an ambience of coastal Italy. The newly designed space features an open air terrace with floor to ceiling glass windows that reveal stunning preserve views. The fresh color palette captures the hues of the beach at sunrise, creating an inviting atmosphere for any meal. In keeping with tradition, guests and locals alike will continue to enjoy the fabulous breakfast buffet. I say throw caution to the wind here and enjoy the sticky buns even if it means another thirty minutes on the treadmill. In the afternoon and evening enjoy the finest Italian inspired cuisine with a distinct Florida flare. The handmade pastas, homemade breads and enticing specials will enhance any day.

To celebrate the grand opening of this beautiful restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton® Naples will give back to their community on a grand scale. Terrazza will host ten philanthropic dinners for select local not for profit organizations. Each of the ten charities will invite 100 guests for a minimum donation of $100 per person which allows them to enjoy a three course dinner in Terrazza. The goal of the hotel through the ten dinners is to raise a total of $10,000 for each organization or $100,000 total for local organization.

The color palette is soothing hues of warm blues, greens and greys all inspired by the Gulf of Mexico.
