YABBA ISLAND GRILL CELEBRATES 21 YEARS ON FIFTH AVENUE SOUTH IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN NAPLES

The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) is pleased to announce that Yabba Island Grill will be celebrating its 21^st anniversary along the historic downtown avenue. The casual restaurant and bar will celebrate this milestone with a year-long celebration that kicks off on the night of Saturday, February 20, 2021.

Located at 711 Fifth Ave. S., Yabba is owned and operated by Culinary Concepts, owners of Pazzo! Italian Cafe and Chops City Grill, also located on Fifth Avenue South. The tropical-themed restaurant offers a wide variety of authentic, island inspired seafood, fresh fish and grilled steaks along with craft cocktails. It is open for dinner Sunday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“Yabba’s founder, Skip Quillen, was among the very first restauranteurs to establish a presence along Fifth Avenue when the redevelopment initiative began in the 1990s,” said Bruce Barone, Jr., executive director for the Fifth Avenue South BID. “We are delighted to share in their anniversary celebration and we wish them many more years of success.”
