Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar Transitions into Fall with New Seasonal Menu

Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar embraces the spirit of Fall with a new seasonal menu of appetizers, entrees and cocktails to complement the Tommy Bahama classics on the everyday restaurant menu.

“We wanted to showcase the richness of locally sourced food in creative ways in our new seasonal menu,” said Andrew Warner, Director of Culinary at Tommy Bahama.

“We’re featuring dishes that highlight seafood and local produce as the star of the plate, alongside Caribbean flavors that bring the island life to our guests wherever they are. The goal was to create an experience that feels both familiar and adventurous, inspiring our guests to dine with us.”

Launched on September 17th, all Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar locations will offer a Fall 2025 seasonal menu, including:

Sweet Potato Pierogi appetizer with braised cabbage, pecan wood smoked bacon, brown butter, caramelized apple and chive crème fraiche

Grilled Duroc Pork Chop prepared in fennel brine, with sweet potato spaetzle, charred savoy cabbage, and Campari & apple chutney
•
Wagyu French Dip served with miso bone broth, caramelized onions, horseradish crème fraiche, and a side of fries
•
Pear Necessities cocktail with Hornitos Reposado, Ilegal Mezcal, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, bitters and spiced pear syrup
•
Tipsy Cider cocktail with Maker’s Mark, apple cider syrup, and cinnamon

Coconut Cake

The seasonal menu is served in addition to the signature classics that Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar guests have come to love over the years including the World Famous Coconut Shrimp, Goat Cheese Dip, Parmesan Crusted Sanibel Chicken, Macadamia Nut Crusted Fresh Catch, Chilean Sea Bass, Kona Coffee Crusted Ribeye, and Spaghetti Squash Bowl; indulgent desserts including Piña Colada Cake, Key Lime Pie, and Pineapple Crème Brûlée; and such beloved cocktails as the Tommy Bahama Mai Tai, Baja Margarita and Grapefruit Basil Martini
