THE VILLAGE SCHOOL OF NAPLES NAMES NEW DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
The Village School of Naples, an independent school serving students in Preschool through 12th grade, today announced the appointment of Sean Kaschak as its new Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, Kaschak will oversee the strategic marketing and communications efforts at The Village School.
Kaschak is a multi-faceted and innovative professional with over 15 years of experience. His diverse background ranges from classroom education to social media management. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing and Communications for The TwinEagles Club, driving brand strategy development and implementation and member engagement.
Prior to that, Kaschak served as the Multimedia Manager for Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conn., creating institutional videos and managing the university’s social media platforms. He also previously taught at Grand River Academy in Austinburg, Ohio, and has significant expertise in marketing, videography, photography and graphic design.
Originally from northern New York, Kaschak received an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a Master of Science in Teacher Education from the University of Dayton. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
“We are excited to bring Sean on in this important role,” said Dennis Chapman, Head of School for The Village School. “His experience in both marketing and education will be key in communicating our mission of providing an environment that empowers and inspires students to think and create solutions to challenges in an ever-changing world.”
Located at 6000 Goodlette-Frank Rd., The Village School of Naples originally began as The Caring Place Preschool in 1985 as an outreach at North Naples United Methodist Church. In 2000, the church relocated to the present campus location and added The Village School, beginning with K-2 and 37 students. In 2006, the school was accredited by the Florida Council of Independent Schools and the Florida Kindergarten Council.
In 2009, parents asked The Village School for a middle school to be added and soon after added the middle school one grade a year to complete the eighth grade. Four years later, the Board of Directors voted to add an upper school with 17 students in the fall of 2017.
In June 2020, The Village School celebrated its first-ever graduating class of seniors. The school currently has over 100 upper school students and is adding its largest ever incoming freshman class (44 students) this fall. For more: www.villageschoolnaples.org.
