As most homeowners wish for more space for their kitchen, we at Kitchens by Clay were recently feeling the same way. As a company that is always looking to the future and how best to serve the needs ofour clients, prospects, and trade partners, an expansion was a definite requirement and first on our to-do list. It just so happened that the tenant next door retired this year and we were able to lease that space. This doubled the size of our current showroom to 4,000 square feet. And let me tell you, it looks and feels great.

Kitchens by Clay, offering design, cabinetry and installation, is located at Fountain Park Plaza, on the southwest corner of Vanderbilt Beach and Airport Pulling Roads. For a decade this location has not only served us well, but our clients love it, too. As one of the first cabinet design firms to locate outside of an industrial park, we present ourselves as a boutique environment in a beautiful, well-manicured plaza with easy access, and other great shops and restaurants to visit while here. There is also plenty of parking for when we host design industry networking and charitable events. Let me tell you, when we would get up to 200 people in the original space fora mixer, you really got to know the other guests up close and personal.

We now have suitable space for the ever changing and updating of our product displays and extensive decorative hardware collections. Increasing in size, in conjunction with the total rebranding of our logo and color scheme,the showroom feels like an entirely new place. Our designers are benefiting from this expansion with a new design area adding a great deal of desk space, more client meeting areas and, of course, this allows for even more creative ideas.

As mentioned, our decorative hardware collections are continuously growing. The “cabinet jewelry” available to consumers today is beyond what anyone could imagine. The new designs are never ending and add the finishing touch to our fabulous cabinetry.
