NCH: Quality Care With An Exceptional Patient Experience

It is hard to believe that it has been a little over a year since I joined NCH Healthcare System. And what a year it has been! From learning my way through a new town, to greeting all the smiling happy faces, the Naples community has welcomed me and my family since I arrived. I could not be happier to call Southwest Florida my home.

I continue to be proud of our community for doing the right thing by wearing masks and physically distancing. As we move into the Fall, we are working with the City to encourage residents to return for Season and to remind our community to wear masks so we can continue business and activities in Southwest Florida.

As you all know, the focus on quality here at NCH is always a priority. Providing quality care with an exceptional patient experience is part of our mission to help everyone live a longer, healthier life.

We are excited to be named by U.S. News and World Report as a Best Regional Hospital. The past two years we were ranked #14 in the state and this year we ranked #11.

Furthermore, our cardiovascular program is a source of great pride. The NCH Heart Institute has won a variety of awards and accolades from various organizations, with the most recent naming NCH as one of Health grades “America’s 100 Best Hospitals” for Cardiac Care for five years in a row (2016-2020). And NCH is actively identifying the additional resources needed to position us even higher. Plus, as a Mayo Clinic Care Network member, NCH is also able to offer our cardiac patients’ exclusive access to the physicians of the Mayo Clinic, which has one of the largest and most comprehensive heart practices in the world, as well as being named in the top two of all cardiac programs in the country.
