Naples Winter Wine Festival Online Auction Returns for 10th Consecutive Year Showcasing Over 100 Incredible Experiences in Food, Wine and Travel

Among the amazing items up for bid are three separate lots featuring different bottles of limited-edition Pappy Van Winkle’s bourbon; a collection of highly sought after Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon; a wine paired dinner at The Maddox private members club; and a private sunset cruise through Naples Bay on a 60-foot Pardo Luxury Yacht with a wine paired dinner

The Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF), founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival (NWWF), is pleased to announce that its popular online auction will return for a 10th consecutive year, allowing supporters from across Southwest Florida and beyond to bid on dozens of unique, one-of-a-kind food, travel and wine experiences.

Since its launch in 2015, the NWWF online auction has provided additional participation opportunities to the community as well as bidders and supporters nationwide, raising almost $3.5 million to support NCEF in its mission of improving the lives of at-risk children in Collier County.

“Our online auction features over more than100 extraordinary lots including rare collectible wines, private wine tastings, exclusive dinners with top chefs, exceptional travel experiences, custom art, golf and more,” said Kelley Bailey, NCEF Trustee and 2024 Naples Winter Wine Festival Online Chair. “This auction grows in popularity each year, allowing supporters the opportunity to bid on some truly amazing wines and experiences. And every dollar raised will go toward fulfilling the mission of NCEF to improve the lives of at-risk and underprivileged children in our community.”

This year’s online auction lot highlights include:

• Lot #105: Dreaming of Tempranillo with Pinea: Four guests will enjoy an exclusive visit to Pinea winery in Ribera Del Duero, Spain, which is not available to the public, for a Barrel tasting with the winemakers. They also will enjoy a 4×4 off-road tour through Pinea’s estate with an alfresco lunch. Roundtrip ground transportation from Madrid to the winery or a one-night luxury hotel stay near the winery is included in the experience.

• Lot #201: The Eagle has Landed: The winning bidder will take home a selection of highly sought after California cult wines, including two 750ml bottles of 2008 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon, one bottle of 750ml 2011 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon and one bottle of 750ml 2013 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Lot #207: Pappy Van Winkle – The Rarest of Rare: One lucky winner will receive one 750ml bottle of limited-edition Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 23-Year bourbon.

• Lot #212: Pappy Van Winkle – The winning bidder will take home four highly sought after Pappy Van Winkle 750ml bottles, 15-Year, 13-Year, 12-Year and 10-Year.

• Lot #213: Pappy Van Winkle – One lucky winner will receive one 750ml bottle of limited-edition Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 20-Year bourbon.

• Lot #300: Chef David Nayfield: The Traditional Jewish Cooking of Rome: Up to 14 guests will enjoy dinner in the private dining room at San Francisco’s Che Fico Italian restaurant with a completely bespoke menu written by Chef David Nayfeld and paired with wines hand-selected from the cellar by wine director Jason Alexander in San Francisco.

• Lot #400: Fellowship and Camaraderie in the Ultimate Privacy: Up to 10 guests will experience a fabulous wine paired dinner at The Maddox, a private members club that just opened in October 2023 in Naples, Florida. It will be an unforgettable evening featuring a chef-prepared dinner accompanied by wines in a private, relaxed atmosphere with friends.

• Lot #500: Do You Believe in Magic?: Four guests will travel Roundtrip, Private Air on a Northern Jet Citation CJ3 from Naples, Florida to Orlando, Florida where they will enjoy four courtside tickets to a 2024 Orlando Magic home game, four custom bomber Jackets by élevée by Rickey Lamitie, dinner in the Fields Ultimate Lounge and one nights’ accommodation in the Orlando area.

• Lot #602: Relax and Rejuvenate at Oil Nut Bay in the Virgin Gorda: Two couples will enjoy three nights’ accommodations in the Penthouse Suite and a Rainbow Villa at Oil Nut Bay in the British Virgin Islands. Their stay will include a sunset boat cruise of the coveted North Sound with guided snorkeling and a private yoga session for the two couples.

• Lot #502: Wining and Dining on the Gulf of Mexico: Up to 12 guests will embark on a private sunset cruise through Naples Bay on a 60-foot Pardo Luxury Yacht. The luxurious evening will include a Champagne toast and charcuterie, plus a chef prepared Italian dinner by Chef Vincenzo Betulia and paired with Blue Chip Wines.

• Lot #703: Fatherwood Guitar & Co. Custom Acoustic Guitar: One lucky winner will receive a custom-made F1 Clare Model acoustic guitar with a basic Gator case.

Renowned vintners, chefs and sommeliers hailing from multiple countries will set the stage for a weekend of unique, one-of-a-kind wine, travel and culinary experiences.
