We have two casual Plane Talk meetings planned in March and April where you can engage directly with airport leadership in a relaxed, informal setting. It provides our community with an opportunity to share feedback, learn about the Naples Airport, and find answers to your questions.

Whether you’re a frequent flyer, a local resident, or just interested in how the airport functions, these meetings are an excellent way to connect with the people behind the scenes. The Naples Airport Authority’s leaders are committed to maintaining open lines of communication with the community and ensuring everyone’s voice is heard.

The public can drop in and speak one-on-one (or in small groups) with airport staff about airport or aviation topics. Whether you’re curious about airport operations, its history, future plans, or ongoing projects, these meetings offer an informal setting to get answers and share feedback.

These events are designed for people who prefer a direct and casual approach. There isn’t a formal presentation or agenda, so attendees can come and go as they please, ask questions, or  share their thoughts with knowledgeable airport representatives. It’s a chance to learn more about the airport’s role in the community, share any concerns, or simply have a conversation about what’s happening at Naples Airport.

The first Plane Talk will be held on February 26 at 9:30 a.m at the Heritage Bay Government Center, located at 15450 Collier Boulevard. The second meeting will take place on March 26th at 9:30 a.m at the Moorings Presbyterian Church, located at 791 Harbour Drive. Both meetings follow the same open format, allowing you to speak directly with airport staff in a comfortable, accessible setting.
