List of Extraordinary Experiences and Wine Lots Continues to Grow

Among the latest auction lots are a brand-new Aston Martin DB12 Volante Convertible with tickets to the exclusive Paddock Club at the 2024 F1 races in Miami; a nine-night cultural exploration of Thailand and Vietnam with private guided art and culture tours; and a two-week ultimate food and wine retreat in Napa Valley with vintners Kary and David R. Duncan

Excitement is continuing to build as even more incredible travel experiences and wine lots are announced for the 2024 Naples Winter Wine Festival live auction, including eight magnificent nights in Del Mar, California and Los Cabos, Mexico, including VIP access to the 2024 Breeders’ Cup races with well-known vintner and thoroughbred owner and breeder Barbara Banke; a six-night Oregon wine country insider’s experience with Domaine Serene; and a five-night luxurious Canadian and Napa hunting and fishing adventure hosted by Shari and Garen Staglin of Staglin Family Vineyard and Kim and Ed Labry of Labry Wines.

With the theme “Generosity in Full Bloom,” the Naples Winter Wine Festival returns to The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón on January 26-28, 2024, showcasing the finest wines, exquisite cuisine and impressive auction lots, all to benefit at-risk and underprivileged children in Collier County. Renowned vintners, chefs and sommeliers hailing from multiple countries will set the stage for a weekend of unique, one-of-a-kind wine, travel and culinary experiences.

“We are thrilled to be unveiling some of the most incredible auction lots that we have ever offered at the Naples Winter Wine Festival,” said Valerie Boyd, 2024 Naples Winter Wine Festival Auction Lot Committee Member. “These once-in-a-lifetime experiences and wine lots are sure to raise significant funds to help support our mission of improving children’s lives in Collier County.”

Auction lot highlights include:

• “Racing Champions, Legendary Wines and a Cuvée Casita”: Four couples will enjoy eight nights in Del Mar, California and Los Cabos, Mexico, including the Breeders’ Cup championship races with well-known vintner and thoroughbred owner and breeder Barbara Banke. The experience begins in Del Mar with three nights’ luxury accommodations from Thursday, October 31, 2024 to Sunday, November 3, 2024. Guests will enjoy access to the Thursday night Owner’s Party and eight seats in the Director’s Dining Room, including a gourmet luncheon. They will attend the Breeders’ Cup with VIP access on Friday and Saturday and VIP parties throughout the weekend, including behind-the-scenes access. The couples will then fly One-Way Private Air on a Cessna Citation Latitude from California to Los Cabos for five nights with Cuvée at their Seaside La Casita from Sunday, November 3, 2024 to Friday, November 8, 2024. TheVilla features five bedrooms with ensuites and 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with 270-degree ocean views and heated infinity pool with spa. Guests will enjoy chef-prepared hors d’oeuvres and a selection of wine and spirits upon arrival; a private guided tacos and tequila tour of the hidden taqueria gems of Cabo San Lucas; dinner prepared by onsite chef, including tapas with mezcal pairings; one round of golf at Palmilla Golf Club per person; and one full day deep sea fishing excursion on a 45’ boat.

• “Driving to Victory with Aston Martin and F1“: One lucky bidder will drive home with a 2024 Aston Martin DB12 Volante Convertible sporting a Caribbean Blue Pearl 2 exterior, blue roof, smoked taillights, red brake calipers, Inspire Comfort interior environment with Glacier White headlining color, sports steering wheel and spicy red contrast stitching. The winning bidder also will experience three days with the Ultimate Formula 1 package in Miami on Friday, May 3, 2024 to Sunday, May 5, 2024 for one couple. The package includes two nights’ luxury accommodations in Miami, two three-day tickets to the Miami F1 Paddock Club with access to the exclusive Paddock Club and team garages, and world-class dining with exceptional views of the race.

• “The Glory of the Dundee Hills”: Two couples will enjoy a six-night Oregon wine country insider’s experience with Roundtrip, Business Class Airfare from any major city in the contiguous United States to Portland, Oregon. The journey begins with four nights’ accommodations in Dayton, Oregon at the private guest house at the Domaine Serene Winery Hill House. While there, guests will enjoy a garden tour followed by a private dinner hosted by proprietor and NCEF Lifetime Trustee Grace Evenstad in her home, served with the winners’ choice of wines from her cellar. They also will enjoy a private tour at Domaine Serene’s two wineries, hosted by Grace; a barrel tasting and wine blending session with one of Domaine Serene’s winemakers; a private seated tasting of Domaine Serene and Château de la Crée’s wines conducted by sommeliers in the Domaine Serene clubhouse; an off-road experience with Grace in her Hummer to visit Domaine Serene’s most secret vineyards; and dinner at the Domaine Serene Wine Lounge in Lake Oswego, including wine. The experience begins in Ontario, Canada with three nights at the exclusive Big Creek Hunting Lodge, a private club known as one of the best duck hunting clubs in North America. Guests will enjoy private chef prepared continental breakfast each morning and dinner each night served with library wines from both the Staglin’s and Labry’s private cellarswith three days of duck hunting and fishing, including permits. The couples will then travel to Napa, California for two nights at the Labry Estate in Rutherford, California. They will enjoy dinner for up to 12 people at the Staglins’ estate prepared by Chef Cindy Pawlcyn, who will prepare duck and the spoils from the Canadian adventure. This concert will serve as the kickoff to the highly anticipated 25th anniversary of the Naples Winter Wine Festival season. The evening will pay homage to our long-standing supporters with a lavish cocktail reception andmulti-course dinner with wines featuring vintners from the last 25 years followed by a concert by The Silverado Pickups, a wine country rock and roll band comprised of some of Napa Valley’s most esteemed vintners and wine industry professionals.
