Exciting Winter Season for Immokalee Foundation
The Immokalee Foundation (TIF) is committed to improving the lives of the children of Immokalee and creating tomorrow’s workforce. In 2009, TIF transitioned from a grant-awarding organization to an operational not-for-profit organization focused on educational programs. This winter season, TIF is launching new and exciting events where individuals can participate and make a difference for the children in Immokalee. Some of these exciting monthly events are described below.
Rockin’ At Riverside Park
This free concert series event benefits TIF and is the first Monday of every month from September 2013 to February 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Riverside Park in Bonita Springs (10450 Reynolds St.; Bonita Springs, FL). The first chapter of this event celebrated the first Monday of September was a success and the next five installments promise to be a great time.
Come support TIF and our community while enjoying legendary music!
TIF’s Dine & Donate
On selected Monday nights, TIF will be celebrating Monday Night Dine and Donate. This event is the result of the culinary world’s most philanthropic Naples restaurants pairing up with TIF to support the foundation’s mission.
This series of events kicks off on Monday, December 9, 2013 at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples (the beach resort). The centerpiece of this event will be the beautifully re-mastered Terrazza Restaurant. Tickets are being sold at $100 per person.
Next, on Monday, January 13, 2014, the Bleu Provence Restaurant will host an evening where ten percent of the proceeds for the evening will benefit TIF and the children of Immokalee. Mark your calendars for Monday nights out on the town!

“We’re thrilled with the great support that our foundation is receiving from the community, restaurants and companies, the donors and volunteers,” said Liz Allbritten, TIF’s executive director. “We are focused on the education and success of our children. Our success could not come without our crucial supporters and partners that attend our events as well as the ones that host our events.”
