Art after Dark – Crayton Cove has it all

April is a month of renewal and a time when our area transitions from very busy roads and large numbers of visitors from the North, to a more manageable number of people in lines at the  popular restaurants and post office. The opportunity is here, to venture out and experience some of what Naples has to offer, before the weather of summer makes it uncomfortable. The new Naples City Dock is officially open since the March 3 and has been visibly upgraded over what was there before.

Even though there is some construction going on in Crayton Cove, it’s a great area to stroll the waterfront and visit various small businesses and  restaurants located there. Saturday, April 14th, the Galleries of Crayton Cove will host their monthly event, Art after Dark from 6 – 9 p.m. The public is invited to come and view the newest works of art by the fine artists represented by Phil Fisher Gallery, Random Acts of Art, Naples Ships Store, Pure Design and Guess-Fisher Gallery. Live music will be performed by Jeff Fessenden & Alchemy to set the stage for meeting the artists and create a more festive experience. The Galleries of Crayton Cove are a small community of galleries representing professional area artists located within a one block walk where 8th St. S. & 12th Ave. S.
