ART after DARK at Crayton Cove

Here we are in November, hopefully getting past the extremes of the disastrous hurricane, Ian, and heading into the holidays with temperatures cooling. Everything in Naples is coming back including the numbers of people and the activities happening daily. There are a variety of art activities going on in the many galleries, museums, organizations, districts and studios in our flourishing Southwest Florida, too many to list. So, we will focus on Crayton Cove and the ambience it has to offer. Among its handful of unique shops, there are four art galleries including Random Acts of Art, Guess-Fisher Gallery, Phil Fisher Gallery and the newest is Shannon Green Jeweler. This month “Phil Fisher Skies” is a show being featured at Phil Fisher Gallery from November 1st to 30th, where it displays his translations in oils and watercolors of the beauty of the Naples skies. He has been painting this area for over 50 years.

November 13th, there will be a special show of Phil’s work and a few others on display at Cypress Cove Landkeepers Gore Nature Center to help bring attention to the center and raise funds for their worthy cause.

If you’re looking for something to do when company comes, venture into Crayton Cove for a stroll by the water in a laid-back shopping and dining area, where it all started. Located at the intersection of 8th St S and 12th Ave S at the flagpole by Naples City Dock on the Bay.
