STEPHANIE GIARDINIERI JOINS FOSTERING SUCCESS AS DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS
Fostering Success announced Stephanie Giardinieri has joined the organization as its new Director of Programs. In this role, Giardinieri will oversee the organization’s education and enrichment programs across Southwest Florida, helping expand services that support foster youth in reaching their full potential.
Giardinieri brings more than a decade of experience in education, with a strong background in program development, grant management, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Program Director at the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, where she led innovative out-of-school time programs focused on academic achievement, social-emotional development, and college and career readiness for K-12 students.
She holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and is passionate about creating supportive environments where all children feel empowered to thrive.
