PARKINSON’S ASSOCIATION OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD OFFICERS AND WELCOMES TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS
The Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida (PASWFL) announced its 2026-2027 Board of Directors, including a new slate of officers and two new members joining the organization’s all-volunteer leadership team.
PASWFL’s new officers are Board Chair Danielle Dyer, Vice Chair Charles Weinrich, Treasurer Kimberly Adams, and Secretary Stephen Schahrer, Esq. They are joined on the board by members at large John Botsko Jr., Claire Bisignano Chesnoff, Dan Graziano, David Linz, MD, Tony Maglione, Karim Mawji, and Annalise Smith. Dan Graziano and Annalise Smith join the board as its newest members.

Schoeffel, Executive Director of PASWFL. “Danielle Dyer has been a passionate advocate for our mission for years, and I’m confident her leadership as Board Chair — alongside such a dedicated slate of officers and members — will help us continue serving the Parkinson’s community here in Southwest Florida for years to come.”

Danielle’s history with PASWFL spans a decade. She first joined the Board in 2016 and served two consecutive terms, from 2016 to 2022, including as Treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee earlier in her tenure, she also served on the Education Committee and the Special Events Committee. After a year off the Board in 2022-2023, she was re-elected in June 2023 and has since served as Governance Chair and, most recently, Vice Chair — the role from which she now steps into Board Chair.
Danielle Dyer is President and sole owner of Right at Home of Southwest Florida, a home health agency she joined as a caregiver in 2003 and has led since acquiring full ownership in 2018. She and her husband, Steve also co-own Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge in Bonita Springs. Danielle serves on several nonprofit boards focused on senior care and community health, including as Past President of the Dr. Ella Piper Center for Social Services and President of the Alvin Dubin Alzheimer’s Center board. She was named to Gulfshore Business’ 40 Under 40 Class of 2023 and received the Lodestar Award for Professional of the Year in 2016. Danielle resides in Fort Myers with her husband, Steve.
About Annalise Smith
Annalise Smith is a certified hospice administrator and the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Avow Foundation, where she leads fundraising and communications efforts supporting Avow’s nonprofit hospice, palliative care, and grief support programs. A Collier County resident since 2001, Annalise previously served as chair of PASWFL’s Board and currently serves on its Governance Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Collier and a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE).
About Dan Graziano
Dan Graziano retired from the practice of law in New Jersey in 2020 after 47 years, with a career spanning commercial and residential real estate, business and corporate law, school law, estate administration, and nonprofit organizations; he also lectured on nonprofit governance for the National Association of Independent Schools. He has served on and chaired multiple nonprofit boards, including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton and Princeton Day School. Dan and his wife, Dot, have been married 55 years and relocated to Naples full-time following his retirement; they have three sons and eight grandchildren.
