FIFTH AVENUE SOUTH BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
ANNOUNCES NEW OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS

The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District (BID) announced the election of Christopher Shucart as President of the non-profit organization. Shucart is President of JCS Realty Group, a local real estate development and investment firm with over 50 years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Also appointed as officers are Vice President and Immediate Past President Jeff Wynn, President of Wynn Properties, and Secretary and Treasurer Joseph McCabe, Vice President of Project Development for Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation and Founder of Naples Jet Sales. Each of the newly elected officers will serve a two-year term.

Other board members of the Fifth Avenue South BID include Jerrilyn Hoffmann, of The Hoffman Family of Companies; Jarred Kaplan, Managing Partner of Provident Jewelry Naples and Fort Myers; Nancy Macdonald, Managing Broker for the Fifth Avenue South office of Coldwell Banker; and Eric Tancredi, General Manager of Vergina Restaurant. Bruce Barone, Jr. will enter into his fourth year as the organization’s Executive Director.

The Fifth Avenue South Business Improvement District was established in 2010. A 501(c)3 non-profit organization, the BID represents the interests of both property owners and businesses in growing and sustaining a healthy, vibrant Fifth Avenue South district. The mission of the organization is to promote brand awareness of Fifth Avenue among residents and visitors as “the destination of choice to live, work, shop, dine and play.”
