In addition to activities such as billiards, bridge, mahjong, card games, bocce ball and lawn bowling, a wide variety of social and cultural programs will be available in and around the Clubhouse. As planned, the programs will include seminars and presentations, group discussions, book reviews, computer classes, entertainment programs, social hours and themed events.

Online event calendars will be available. The Clubhouse will be situated at the community’s Grand Place that will also include the Moorings Park at Grey Oaks Center for Healthy Living, an Extended Congregate Care Licensed Assisted Living Center and Memory Care Center. The Grand Place is adjacent to a green space that is part of the Viridian Gardens, one of three gardens planned as focal points of the campus’ lushly landscaped ambiance.
