Culture is the thread that connects our past to our present, and great stories are the bridges that unite us. This season, we invite you to experience the grandest and most entertaining Jewish cultural series the Naples community has ever seen. Presented by Chabad of Naples in partnership with Ted Epstein Events, the Shelley & Steven Einhorn “Celebration of Jewish Life” Series brings together the worlds of Hollywood cinema, international television, profound literature, historic documentaries and world-class stand-up comedy.

The Titans of Stage & Screen

Jason Alexander

Jason Alexander – Stories, Shtick & Seinfeld (Tuesday, January 19, 7 p.m., Kizzie Theater at The Naples Players): Step inside the mind of a comedy legend. The Tony and Emmy Award-winning star of Seinfeld sits down for an intimate, hilarious and wide-ranging interview exploring his iconic career from Broadway to television royalty.

In Conversation with Kevin Pollak (Tuesday, March 16, 7p.m., Kizzie Theater): One of Hollywood’s premier character actors (A Few Good Men, The Usual Suspects, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), stand-up comics and world-class impressionists takes the hot seat for an unforgettable night of show-business stories and unmatched wit.

Stephen Tobolowsky – The Art of the Story (Wednesday, November 4, 7 p.m., Jewish Federation): You know his face from over 250 movies and shows (Groundhog Day, Silicon Valley, Memento, Glee), but tonight, you’ll experience him as one of America’s greatest living storytellers. Join us for a captivating presentation followed by an audience Q&A.

Visionaries of Truth & Action

The Real-Life Face of Fauda: An Evening of Stories with Lior Raz (Wednesday, December 16, 7pm, Hilton Naples): The brilliant co-creator and star of the global phenomenon Fauda (and star of Gladiator II and The Crowded Room) joins us to discuss his journey from the Israeli Special Forces to international action icon. An engaging audience Q&A follows Lior’s multimedia presentation.

Nancy Spielberg: A Life of Documenting Jewish History & Heroism (Monday, February 8, 7 p.m., Jewish Federation): Cinema royalty in her own right, acclaimed producer Nancy Spielberg (Above and Beyond, Who Will Write Our History) shares her passion for rescuing forgotten chapters of history and bringing untold stories of human resilience to light.

Captivating History & Comedy

Authors Pam Jenoff & Alyson Richman in Conversation (Sunday, November 15, 2 p.m., Hilton Naples): Two powerhouse, international bestselling historical novelists (The Lost Girls of Paris and The Lost Wife) share the stage to discuss the meticulous research, creative bonds and profound emotion behind bringing unsung women’s histories to the modern page. Followed by a Q&A with adoring fans.

Jewish Comedy Night (Tuesday, January 26, 7 p.m., Kizzie Theater): How about some pure, unadulterated laughter? Experience a double-feature comedy powerhouse with Matt Friend, the millennial mastermind of celebrity impressions, and Yohay Sponder, the razor-sharp international Israeli comic bridging the cultural gap with brilliant, cynical humor.
