2nd Annual Shy Wolf Scramble to be held Sept. 24, 2022

Proceeds benefit the Shy Wolf Sanctuary, Education & Experience Center, Inc.

Shy Wolf Sanctuary Education & Experience Center is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Shy Wolf Scramble is scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2022. Starting at 8:30 am, golfers will tee-off at the Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club in Naples.

The Shy Wolf Scramble will be played as a four-person, best shot format in which teammates all play their own ball and choose the best score on each hole for the team’s score. Throughout the course, golfers will be able to participate in challenges and contests such as hole-in-one contest sponsored by Porsche Naples, launching a golf ball down the fairway with Bazooka Dave, putting contest, longest drive, and closest to the pin. Shy Wolf Sanctuary’s animal ambassadors will also be onsite to greet the golfers.

Registration starts at $150 for an individual and $600 for a foursome inclusive of a round of golf, lunch, and drink ticket(s). Sponsorship opportunities are available, including silent auction item donations.

Proceeds from this event will directly support Shy Wolf Sanctuary’s mission of healing hearts and minds through rescue, sanctuary, and education. The organization rescues captive-bred exotic and un-releasable wild animals. Many of the animals rescued have been abandoned, neglected, and abused. They have stories to share of survival, thriving, learning to trust again, and the healing power of unconditional love.  Shy Wolf shares their stories in a variety of ways through community presentations, on-site visits, and partnering with nonprofit organizations helping people in our Healing Hearts program
