The last microbrew on our Florida list is on the gulf coast and hails from
Ybor City, where this pale ale derives its name from the “merry game” made
popular at the turn of the century.Jai Alai IPA from Cigar City Brewery,winner
of gold and silver medals from the Best of Florida Beer Championships in
2010 and 2011. It pairs nicely with crab and other spicy dishes as it finishes
with a tropical fruit hop note.
A great journey always ends with coming back to familiar surroundings;
so don’t forget the tried and true favorites, the Hard Ciders of Angry Orchard
and Samuel Smith. With all of these micro beers and cider options, which
have their own unique flavors to recommend them, the only thing left to
