           That sense of belonging is echoed across generations. At 93,
        longtime volunteer Val Kuffel continues to bring his creativity,
        experience, and enthusiasm to TNP through performances and
        service with Readers Theatre. “In so many ways, TNP is a model
        for impactful community theater,” Val said. “I feel privileged to be
        part of the volunteer family.”
           Behind the scenes, volunteers like Patricia Puia ensure
        productions run smoothly, even in the most challenging
        circumstances. As a stage manager and dramaturg, Patricia has
        logged thousands of volunteer hours since joining TNP. “I like
        the rehearsals and enjoy being part of the creative process,” she
        shared. “I learn something every day.” Her dedication reflects the
        professionalism and care volunteers bring to every production.
           Volunteers at The Naples Players come from all walks of life.
        They include working professionals, students, retirees, families,
        educators, artists, and newcomers to the area—some with
        decades of experience, others offering just a few hours between
        busy schedules. Whether someone is able to commit to an entire
        production or can only lend their talents in short bursts, every
        contribution is welcomed and valued. From greeting patrons as
        ushers and crafting sets in the scene shop to managing sound
        backstage or stepping into the spotlight as performers, each role
