A History on a Current Headline
This article was written in 2018 in the middle of my term on THE MAGAZINE OF NAPLES
City Council (2016-2020). As you can see below, this was a hot
topic back then and remains so today. Between 2016-2020 we Volume 15 • Issue 7 • November 2025
