Charitable Gift Annuities (CGAs)
are an annuity contract between
a donor and a charity such as the
Community Foundation of Collier
County. The Community Foundation
of Collier County has a wonderful
CGA program and is perfect for
selection as they truly have a pulse
on community needs. The donor is

paid a set interest rate based upon
their age according to rates set by
the American Council on Gift
Annuities. Many donors like this
because they are earning more
income and it is a steady fixed
income stream. At the end of the
donor’s life, the balance in the
annuity is distributed to the charity.
The Community Foundation of
Collier County will meet with the
donor to understand your wishes
to ensure they are met.
