                 What is a qualifying charitable distribution?
                First, the charitable distribution must be requested
                from a traditional IRA (includes inherited, rollover,
                       non-contributory SEP IRAs).
               Secondly, the IRA owner must contribute directly to
                        the charitable organization.
                Third, the IRA owner must have reached age 70 ½
              and the recipient must be a 501(c)(3) qualifi ed charity.
