        The cart barn and clubhouse were torn down in May and July
        2016, respectively, and work began immediately.

        two dozen local clubhouses, is the general contractor respon-
        sible for the new buildings, which are being completed on
        time and on budget.

        they wanted, communicated well and helped us execute their
