Collier’s Reserve Country Club hosted a
summer gathering of more than 60 Naples
Realtors to share information about the club’s
10-year, $13.8 million enhancement plan. The
plan includes a new fitness and activities center,
a rebuild of the unique boathouse along the
Cocohatchee River, a complete clubhouse
renovation and a new auxiliary entrance. First-

8 phase renovations are already underway at the
new fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts,
and the golf operations facility building.
Collier’s Reserve Country Club is located
just two miles from Naples’ Gulf of Mexico
beaches and close to top dining, shopping
and entertainment venues. Membership is
limited to just 300 resident and nonresident
memberships. The community of 224 single-
family homes is fully built out, but a limited
number of memberships remain available for
nonresident members.
