ART
DARK
H ere we are into the New Year and
there are many new and exciting
things going on in Crayton Cove.
We have a couple of businesses that
weren’t here last year at this time. Back of The
Bay opened a wholesale outlet clothing store
behind the Neighborhood Café and Vintage
Charm is now in our community of galleries,
located just to the East of Chet Boet. Vintage
Charm represents artists Carol Zolan and the
late Richard Zolan. They carry originals and
prints that visually explain why the name of
the gallery is what it is. They present items
of wearables and collectables that are from
different eras, as well. When looking for
something to do while entertaining visitors,
bring them to Crayton Cove located on the
waterfront by the Naples City Dock where
the community of galleries, businesses and
restaurants take you back in time to the last
small commercial niche of “Olde Naples.”
Saturday, January 10, from 6-9 p.m., the
Galleries of Crayton Cove are hosting their
monthly event, “Art After Dark” when all
nine galleries are open and welcoming the
public to stroll their studio/galleries and
view some of their newest works in various
mediums. The event offers the opportunity to
meet the artists and enjoy live music by some
our area’s finest musicians. It’s a culturally
festive evening to spend in this unique area
within Downtown Naples.
Phil Fisher Gallery, Arsenault Gallery, Art
Gallery Old Naples2, Nora Butler Designs,
Vintage Charm, Naples Ships Store, Earth &
Fire, Random Acts of Art and Guess-Fisher
Gallery are the galleries hosting Art After
Dark. The Galleries of Crayton Cove are a
professional artist community in Old Naples
on the Bay, all within a one-block walk.
Located where 8th St. S. & 12th Ave. S. meet
by the flagpole.
